We are based in Western Australia which allows us to truly understand how we can make beach lovers lives' easier.
Are your products safe in the Australian heat?
Yes, through our in-house testing we ensure that any product we put out is capable of withstanding the conditions we plan for them to be in. Although, any significant outliers including bushfires are highly likely to have a detrimental effect as we have not tested for those (haha).
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery timeframes vary based on your location:
Standard Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Domestic Shipping: 2-4 business days
International Shipping: Please reach out to us at support@caddycollective.com.au
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
