Where is Caddy Collective based?
We are based in Western Australia which allows us to truly understand how we can make beach lovers lives' easier.
Are your products safe in the Australian heat?
Yes, through our inhouse testing we ensure that any product we put out is capable of withstanding the conditions we plan for them to be in. Although, any significant outliers including bushfires are highly likely to have a detrimental effect as we have not tested for those.
How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on where you are located this may vary from 3-14 days with regular post Australia wide. We utilise Auspost and we therefore follow their estimates. Delivery details will be provided with your confirmation email.
