FREE SHIPPING

Customers may be eligible for complimentary standard shipping on orders with a total value exceeding AUD $70, provided they are subscribed to the Caddy Collective email mailing list. This offer is available to customers within Australia only.

Caddy Collective reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time at its discretion.

LOCAL ORDERS

Customers located within the Perth metropolitan area may be eligible for complimentary local delivery when the Classic Tote is included in the order. 

Local deliveries are fulfilled directly by Caddy Collective. Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. Where the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left at the premises in a safe and secure location, where deemed appropriate.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or address limitations — including, but not limited to, locked apartment complexes, inaccessible properties, or P.O. boxes — the order will be returned to our premises. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of resending the order. Any promotional or discounted shipping rates will not apply to reshipments.

Availability of the local delivery option may be limited for orders placed via accelerated payment or checkout services, including but not limited to Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or similar platforms.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All prices displayed on the Caddy Collective website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are charged in AUD at checkout.

Caddy Collective currently ships orders within Australia using Australia Post and also offers local delivery within the Perth metropolitan area where eligible.

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and commence once an order has been dispatched.

Standard shipping within Australia is estimated to take 5–7 business days. Express shipping within Australia is estimated to take 2–4 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, carrier network conditions, and factors outside of our control.

By selecting express shipping at checkout, customers acknowledge that delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post network conditions and may be affected by circumstances beyond Caddy Collective’s control. Express shipping refers to a faster delivery service once an order has been dispatched and does not guarantee faster order processing or packing times. Postage charges for express shipping are non-refundable in the event of carrier delays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or times of high order volume.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently offer international shipping at checkout on our website. Customers located outside Australia may contact Caddy Collective to enquire about international shipping options. Where possible, we will assess requests on a case-by-case basis; however, availability, pricing, and delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
