Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As some of our products are 3D printed, minor variations in surface finish may occur. We take reasonable steps to minimise these prior to sale. These variations are cosmetic in nature and do not affect the structure, functionality, or intended use of the product. Cosmetic variations alone do not constitute a fault and are not grounds for a return under our returns policy. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any issues should be reported to support@caddycollective.com.au.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered for change-of-mind purchases. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

If an exchange is approved, a restocking fee and all associated shipping costs will be payable by the customer.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
